Visitation and Child Care

Children have the right to be in contact with both parents. If you are going to divorce, you must include arrangements for visitation and childcare in a parenting plan.

If you are already divorced or were never married, you may still want to establish a visitation agreement. The most ideal situation for all parties (you, your ex-partner and your child) is to arrange a visitation schedule through mediation.

If, however, you and your ex-partner are unable to reach a clear agreement regarding visitation and childcare, you can ask the court to determine a ruling about your parental rights.

Franssen Advocaten can assist you with this and (if necessary) assist in any legal proceedings.
